TAFT Furniture Warehouse and Showroom, Ltd. provides a one-year limited warranty for goods sold under this contract unless such goods were sold "As is" or placed into commercial use by the buyer.

This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and provides that goods sold will be free from manufacturers defects, defined as quality, construction, fit and finish within the standards and specifications set forth by the manufacturer.
This warranty does not apply to the wear, colorfastness, or cleanability of fabric, vinyl or leather, and is void in the case where goods have been misused,abused,tampered with, or relocated from the original address or delivery address.
TAFT shall have the right at its option to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable amount of time after they are notified of the defect.
Normal wear and tear of any items and or pilling of upholstery fabric is not warranted hereunder.
Failure to make a claim shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

*Use of any items in a nonprivate, residential or commerical establishment voids this warranty.
